DinoTech Technology:
Water, Energy and the Environment are three of the
most common and most important issues of concern to private industries
and governments around the world. While water is globally is in abundance,
much of it is either salt water or polluted water. Oil energy sources
may last for years but when we pump a barrel of oil, the high quality
elements are quickly removed and used to produce high price fuels.
The remaining is low grade, high pollutant oil that is sold cheaply
to companies such as utilities. Experts understand that 1) these fuels
contain high levels of contaminants, 2) they pollute the environment,
and 3) very few cost-effective solutions exist today.
DinoTech,
a private corporation, develops markets and manufactures proprietary
technologies that can provide solutions economically.
The staff, having a combined total of 65 plus years of consulting
experience for the petroleum industry, brings expertise and commitment
to solving problems which will continue to plague the petroleum
and environmental industries. “The technologies are about
to change the World”. A profound statement to say the least,
but one that is easily understood when you look at existing product
applications.
Our products are based upon a unique ultrasound technology whose
processes and applications are proprietary. The technologies are
focused towards the environmental, power, water and energy industries
with major applications for undeveloped countries.
These are not concepts. These are solutions that exist today.
Through acquisition or joint ventures, the technology is now through
DinoTech and is ready for market, domestically or internationally.
These exclusive technologies provide low cost cleaning (through
separation of elements) of virtually any liquid used in production
processes. This proprietary ultrasonic method has the ability
to separate solids from liquids, liquids from liquids, and a
combination of both, resulting in high grade, high quality outputs
of water, oil, and other source materials.
While the applications are unlimited, a few examples are; water
purification - wastewater reclamation, and the separation of contaminants
and unwanted elements from oil. Our products have no moving parts
or expensive membranes to replace. Efficiency rates are such that
processing costs are less than the most conventional methods used
today.
Currently, there are four major products each specifically designed
to capture a different market. They are:
• The Fluid Line Processor for Oil (patented)*
This equipment removes sulfur, bottom sediments & water and
various metals from crude oil or refined petroleum product. Examples
are; in crude oil to remove sulfur, metals and BS&W from stock
inventory, tank bottoms and field pits and fuel oil to remove sulfur,
metals and other contaminants. This process can have a multi-billion
dollar market worldwide.
This technology will be used in Mexico, contract with Pemex being
negotiated.
*This technology is being structured for a reverse merger or an
IPO at this time.
• The Fluid Line Processor for Water (patented)*
This equipment separates dissolved solids and suspended solids
while simultaneously destroying harmful Pathogens. The process
utilizes no harmful chemicals. The Fluid Line Processor for water
has worldwide market potential.
DINOTECH MEXICO FOR WATER
“DinoTech Mexico has partnered with Ultra Water Corporation
and Ultra Water de Mexico S.A. to license and market proprietary
water systems to Mexico and South America. This partnership is
led by Mr. Ruben Tamez and Mr. Alfonso Moreno who have experience
working with important private corporations in Mexico as Grupo
Alfa and government owned companies as Pemex among others. The
operation of the first water plant is planned for the first semester
of 2007 in Mexico, with the support of the patented ultrasound
technology of DinoTech”.
*Although the water technology is part of this proven technology,
this technology should be set up in its own entity. There are different
requirements such as management, Engineering, marketing and funding.
• The Gas Lift Tool (patent pending)
This equipment liberates dissolved gas in crude oil, increasing
production by creating a natural lift of the oil to the wellhead
within the wellbore. This is significant because it can be used
in every gas lift well that has lost its natural gas drive. It
can also be installed in new wells to separate gas from oil, providing
an additional product for market while eliminating the reinjection
process to maintain the natural drive.
• The Enhanced Oil Recovery (EOR) Tool (patent pending)
This equipment increases the flow of oil in low producing oil
and gas wells by utilizing proprietary technologies based on shock
waves and ultrasonic waves. This tool is applicable to every stripper
well in the U.S. and throughout the world. In the U.S. alone, there
are over 1,000,000 candidate wells for this tool. The application
also applies to newly completed wells and provides a continuous
frac process.
Corporate strategic plans to accommodate growth are through sales,
project partnerships, license agreements, and outside investment.
Global positioning is assured through controlled growth, expansion
and strategic alliances with key component manufacturers and international
distributors. Expansion plans include in-house assembly and continued
product development.
PROPRIETARY PRODUCTS
FLUID LINE PROCESSOR FOR ENVIRONMENTAL CLEANUP
The Fluid Line Processor - a breakthrough to the antiquated techniques
currently used for oil remediation. The process is a separation
system, which, by breaking elemental bonds, separates solids from
liquids, liquids from liquids, and any combination of solids and
liquids (organics and inorganics) from the material being processed.
The result allows for removal of such contaminants as sulfur, ash,
iron sulfide, various metals (such as vanadium and aluminum) and
water from crude oil and refined petroleum products (such as residual
fuel oil and kerosene).
The separated elements can be sold in bulk or further processed
for additional separation. This capability does not currently exist
in other available competitive technologies.
