DinoTech is currently acquiring producing leases in Texas, Oklahoma, Kansas and Louisiana. The leases offer:

• tremendous upstream drilling and
• we will utilize our expertise as needed.
DinoTech currently represents several income producing properties for acquisition on a Partnership or Joint Venture basis.
2. Scope: Each project represents a $20M (+) acquisition plus tremendous upside, with engineering in place.
