DinoTech
Corporation represents more than 30 years of experience
developing and promoting unique and patented applications
to improve the quality of oil, gas and water using
ultrasound technologies.
Calmon was created June 8, 1985 to market
far reaching, totally novel, and patented
technologies in ultrasound that separate
both suspended and dissolved
solids from liquids such as water and oil at costs (capital & operating)
substantially less than any known competitive technology.
DinoTech Corporation was created in September 2004 to become the public company
of Calmon Enterprises, Inc. – getting all the technology rights and patents,
as well as the business experience.
DinoTech Corporation (DinoTech) is a privately held Nevada registered corporation
with an office in Dallas Texas. DinoTech is scheduled to be merged with a public
company during the end of 2006.
Mission: To provide
unique ultrasound applications, to improve the efficiency of our customers
by creating a better quality of life and environment, and generating value
to our shareholders.
DinoTech provides solutions for the following applications:

Objectives:
In today’s
market environment with its increasing volatility has
placed DinoTech Corporation in the forefront of traditional
oil and gas companies. The combination of the acquisition
of current income producing and development properties
combined with proven technology to enhance existing production
and increase the value of the acquisition creates added
value for each investor.
DinoTech has three major divisions, which
are:
1. Acquisition of income producing
oil and gas properties
2. Buy/sell crude for our represented refineries

DinoTech is actively looking for small refineries
to install our sulfur removal technology.

Currently
we are negotiating to acquire a refinery that includes
13 retail outlets and 20 tankers to haul oil.
3. Exploit proven technology that is applicable to the
oil and gas industry
DinoTech is committed to a reverse merger, the underwriter
is in place. The
timing to complete this process is the end of year. |
